This Return Policy outlines the refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and package adjustment terms for sleep hygiene consultation products purchased from Purificationclea through purificationclea.world. Because our products consist of personalized consultation services rather than physical goods, this policy addresses service-specific circumstances.

Scope

This Return Policy applies to all sleep hygiene consultation products offered by Purificationclea, including the Initial Sleep Assessment priced at $149, the Four-Week Rhythm Program priced at $389, and the Premium Rest Blueprint priced at $649, as well as any future consultation packages listed on our Restful Plans page.

General Policy

Sleep hygiene consultations are personalized services that require advance scheduling and preparation by our consultants. Once a consultation session has been delivered, that portion of your purchased package is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund. Unused sessions within a multi-session package may be eligible for refund or credit under the conditions described below.

Initial Sleep Assessment

The Initial Sleep Assessment includes a 90-minute consultation, personalized action plan, environment checklist, and follow-up email summary. Refund eligibility for this product is as follows:

• Full refund if you cancel at least forty-eight hours before your scheduled assessment session
• Fifty percent refund if you cancel between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before your scheduled session
• No refund for cancellations less than twenty-four hours before the scheduled session or for no-shows
• No refund once the assessment consultation has been completed and materials have been delivered

If you are unsatisfied with your Initial Sleep Assessment, contact Purificationclea within seven days of your session. We will review your concerns and may offer a complimentary follow-up discussion or credit toward a Rhythm or Blueprint program at our discretion.

Four-Week Rhythm Program

The Four-Week Rhythm Program includes four weekly sessions, custom evening ritual design, sleep diary analysis, and mid-week check-in messages. Refund terms for this product:

• Full refund if you cancel before your first scheduled session, minus a $25 administrative fee
• After the first session is completed, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for remaining unused sessions minus a $50 administrative fee
• No refund is available once more than half of the included sessions have been completed
• The full Initial Sleep Assessment fee of $149 may be applied as credit toward this program if purchased within thirty days of your assessment, as described on our Restful Plans page

Premium Rest Blueprint

The Premium Rest Blueprint includes eight coaching sessions, full bedroom audit, stress management toolkit, and priority support access. Refund terms for this product:

• Full refund if you cancel before your first scheduled session, minus a $35 administrative fee
• After sessions begin, refunds for unused sessions are calculated on a pro-rata basis minus a $75 administrative fee
• No refund is available once five or more of the eight included sessions have been completed
• The bedroom audit component, once completed either in person or virtually, is non-refundable as a standalone service component

Rescheduling

Purificationclea understands that schedules change. You may reschedule any consultation session included in your sleep hygiene package under the following conditions:

• Reschedule requests made at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled session are accommodated at no charge, subject to consultant availability
• Reschedule requests made less than twenty-four hours before a session may incur a $30 rescheduling fee
• Same-day reschedule requests are treated as cancellations and subject to the cancellation refund terms above
• All sessions must be scheduled and completed within six months of purchase unless an extension is agreed upon in writing

Refund requests are reviewed within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

• Consultation sessions that have already been delivered
• Digital materials, checklists, and written summaries already sent to you following a completed session
• Administrative fees deducted from eligible refunds as described above
• Products purchased at promotional or discounted pricing where the discount terms specified non-refundability

Package Transfers

Sleep hygiene consultation packages purchased from Purificationclea are personal to the buyer and generally non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, such as relocation or medical reasons preventing participation, we may allow transfer of unused sessions to another individual at our discretion. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved before any sessions are transferred.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision regarding your sleep hygiene consultation product, you may request a review by contacting Purificationclea management at hello@purificationclea.world. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will respond with a final decision within ten business days of receiving your appeal.

Changes to This Policy

Purificationclea reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted on purificationclea.world. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the Return Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
